Every banquette is custom-built by the inch, allowing you to define the exact length, depth, and back height.

Care

Clean upholstery promptly after spills using a mild solvent or gentle, soap-free cleanser and a soft cloth. Blot (do not rub) and allow to air dry naturally.

To ensure your selection is perfect, we recommend ordering fabric or vinyl swatches before placing your order.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders include complimentary threshold delivery — we’ll deliver your piece to a safe, accessible area such as your entryway or porch.

If you’d like assistance bringing it inside or unwrapping, you can request a White Glove Delivery Quote during checkout. This premium service includes in-home placement and packaging removal, and may extend your delivery window by approximately 4–5 weeks.

Returns & Made-to-Order Policy

Because each piece is custom built to your specifications, we can only accept returns in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Please inspect your piece upon arrival and report any concerns immediately to both the carrier and our team at info@loussodesigns.com.
